BOOKING POLICIES



Thank you for choosing Sarkis Gallery. My goal is to provide a professional, creative, and enjoyable photography experience for every client.

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your session date and time. Bookings are not guaranteed until the retainer has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than the day of the session.

Please arrive on time and ready for your session. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time and will not extend the scheduled session length.

Edited images will be delivered through a private online gallery within the estimated turnaround time discussed at booking. Delivery times may vary depending on workload and project requirements.

Raw (unedited) images are not included and will not be provided.

Clients may request to reschedule with at least 72 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

Sarkis Vision reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, illness, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Clients and guests are expected to respect all photography equipment and shooting locations. Any damage caused to equipment or rented property may result in additional charges.

By booking a session, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these policies.
